| An issue has come up at least a couple times on the forum due to this part, specifically
regarding the "pin hole":

In these sets, the part has a recessed axle hole (loose fitting). I think it
helps to keep the eyes aligned properly:

I have 4 of these, all are alike, source unknown. Hope it helps somehow .
