| Can you please explain how this bag of parts differs from 61190? For example
the set 7675-1 instructions part list on page 53 shows the entire 9-pc set of
61190 parts, but the BL inventory lists each individual sub-part.
Beyond the inconsistency of the Bricklink catalog, counterpart is often used
to show sub parts of assemblies. Why is this case different?

In that set one part is included in a minifigure inventory. Therefore the complete
bag cannot be included in the regular items section. See this page:

Parts in Multipacks - Complete multipacks are included in this section
unless some parts from the multipacks are used in minifigures. In that case,
the parts from the multipacks that are not used in minifigures are included in
this section."

Hm, usually the counterparts section is not used for sub parts but for part assemblies
which can be build with parts from the regular items section (like wheel/tire
assemblies). And of course for stickered parts.
Sub parts, however, should be included in the inventory of the "upper" part (like
a multipack, complete sprue etc.).
