| hello everyone
i am sorry i started the 'long forum thing'
my last few days have been bad
and i was just trying to do something that would cheer me up
so im sorry to everyone who was annoyed by it

I hope you will continue using the forum. Personally I just ignored that thread,
it didn't annoy me in the slightest.

| Let me preface this by saying, I haven't seen OP's thread in question.
OP, I don't think you need to "leave the forums for good". Honestly, most
people would see the thread you made and be like "huh, ok then" and move on,
but I genuinely think there are many here that have certain issues with cluttering
forums that frustrates them to the point where they find it in their best interests
to be vocal whether what they're saying could be viewed as hurtful or not.
I'm sure there are also some irritable ppl who will just look to put others
down for being a mild inconvenience, but what I would say going forward is use
the forums to have fun (of course this is a site for those interested in the
collection and selling of what is primarily a children's toy), but remember
to be productive for everyone involved.
Don't let negativity keep you down but always learn for these experiences
about how you too can make a positive impact on the forum to begin with!

| Same here, if I'm not interested in a post, I skip reading the thread.
Many do the same with mine, not everyone is interested in the same things, don't
quit the forum.

Well, I am grown up enough to not take it personal but he spoke about all the
hate regarding his posts so an apology is in place in my opinion.

There really is no reason you should feel targeted or hated because if you’re
apologising I can only assume you already now appreciate and understand why creating
a forum thread with the sole intention of trying to make it the longest thread
there has ever been on Bricklink whilst also suggesting to get it to 800+ replies
is never going to be a good idea on a 20 year old forum that we all have to try
and share
Likewise if someone walks muddy shoes into my house I might ask them to leave
them at the door in future but that doesn’t mean there’s any hate?
Given an admin has since cancelled your posts it seems that view point was shared
and so I’m not quite understanding why you should feel so victimised that is
unless your still not understanding the reasons why?

I don't know (or care) what you originally wrote, but it's ok my friend-
most of the people on this forum are helpful and cool- some are here to be annoying-
some criticise you but it's often constructive-
I don't need to say too much...
