| Hi
The issue was talked about in the forum but I didn't see any solution.
My buyer paid directly through Paypal because the Paypal Onsite gave him an error
(US buyer) and Bricklink, of course, didn't recognize the payment.
I instructed the buyer to check the payment red box but big silence on his end
and since he didn't proceed with the manual change, I'm now stuck with
his order in my list as a non-paid order.
Any idea how I or the Admin could force the payment status on our end ?
I have 2 orders with this problem. Since the buyers paid, they don't seem
to care about what happens next in the tool.
Thanks for your help.

Refund the payment, add all costs into one charges column.
Then the buyer should be able to send payment by PayPal Onsite.

| Hi Liriel24,
I would notify BL of the order issue through this link:
https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrder.asp
You are able to notify of a non-paying buyer. Best of luck in your situation
and I hope this helped. Take care!
