* Add 4 Part 3040 Yellow Slope 45 2 x 1 (Alternate) (match ID 171911 )

Just went trough a really good version of this set, in a box but opened and built sometime in the history. This contains the normal version of this brick, and considering how rare these without a bottom hole is I think there were set with the newer version.

I have been looking into this change request several times.
This set was sold 1980-1985.
Some other sets with this slope in yellow:
sold 1980-1983, only has 3040 in the inventory now and was confirmed by sealed
set contents. I do believe this one (also) came with 3040a though.
The last sets on Bricklink with 3040a yellow in the inventory were released in
1981 and sold till 1985.
and
both were sold 1981-1985, both inventories confirmed by sealed set contents,
but both had 3040 yellow added as alternate by an unknown source before the inventory
was confirmed. So unfortunately we don't know which variant came in these
sealed sets.
More sets from 1985 or earlier have 3040 yellow as regular or alternate part,
but all submitted with unknown sources 
However... although the yellow 3040a was probably phased out later than the other
colors, I am pretty sure it was before 1985.
Besides, this inventory was submitted originally with 3040 and submitted after
3040a was added to the catalog. In 2005 it was removed and 3040a was added. Imo
3040 should not have been removed just like that, because this set was in production
for 5 years.
So I'm going to give this one the benefit of the doubt and approve this request.
