I don't know the Inv Item ID for part 61054, but all Bionicle Sets from 2008 onwards had ball joint axle and pin connectors with solid sides and squared ends, so the current entry is incorrect.

A sealed set contents inventory at Peeron.com, the official LEGO inventory data,
and a sealed set contents photo review at Brickshelf all confirm that the correct
parts for the set should definitely be
