While checking Bricklink part list for set number 76031 against the instructions for the same set:
3x Trans-Red Brick, Round 1 x 1 Open Stud (3062b) are included on the set, but only 2x of them are needed for the actual building and 1x while be a spare item.
Bricklink list shows only 1x item needed
