Sealed set, pic to follow. This correction is not really "correct". I guess the instructions are on the CD-Rom, but this inventory (and 3808 too, I'll bet) is way over on part count because the extras are not broken out.

Well, I said pic to follow, but actually the pic I took of that bag doesn't
show the second one. It WAS there, however.
I have the CD-Rom where I guess the build instructions are. But I don't
have a reader for it.

According to the official LEGO data, here are the parts that are over by 1x in
the inventory and should be extras:
I am going to go through the instructions to see if it matches up.

| Randy, since you have just reviewed 'extras' from this set, are both
of these part of the build? I can only find one in the instructions.
Could the quantity have originally been mixed up with this?

There are a number of parts in the set that are not used in the main build but
are included for "inspiration". This parts was one of those. Every Spybotics
set came with two of them.
