This set was in the market between 1980-83.
I have two good copies with box and instructions and stickers.
1) The lnegth of cords in both copies are about 75cm.
2)
The first copy comes with blue and red slopes
In particular in the stickered part

In particular, the four minifigures have torsos with ribs, indicating they were
produced after 1982. So I believe the second copy is a later release (probably
1982-83)
The slopes 3040a were first produced in 1981 or 1982. (do not know yet which)
