These are non-obvious extra parts, but they have been confirmed from various
sealed set sources. They have been confirmed against the instructions and the
official LEGO inventory data, both of which only show a total of two brown 3062b
and nine green 30176 being used in the builds.
Breaking these out into the Extra Items and moving all of the rubber bands into
the Regular Items section gets the part count to 359, which is exactly what is
stated on the box.
(During this time period, almost all rubber bands that were included on the rubber
band holders were counted in the official parts counts, so I have adjusted the
rubber bands accordingly.)
