| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change {6 to 5} Part Light Gray 4265a Technic, Bush 1/2 Toothed, Four Interior Ridges
* Change {5 to 4} Part Light Gray 4274 Technic, Pin 1/2
* Change {1 to 2} Part Light Gray 4265a Technic, Bush 1/2 Toothed, Four Interior Ridges (Extra)
* Change {1 to 2} Part Light Gray 4274 Technic, Pin 1/2 (Extra)
* Change {1 to 2} Part Light Gray 4265b Technic, Bush 1/2 Toothed, Two Interior Ridges (Alternate)
* Change {6 to 5} Part Light Gray 4265b Technic, Bush 1/2 Toothed, Two Interior Ridges (Alternate)

I know it looks a bit weird with so many extras, but this is what the instructions tell us, and both Peeron and Rebrickable confirm it. And we also reach the official piece count of 169 with these changes (when counting the technic figure without helmet as one part).

regular and not extra.

That was my thought as well, but no, the alternate model does not need more parts
than the regular one. There is just one additional
needed when the motor is added, but that can be taken from
|
|
