| I just opened my store on BL and somehow got two sales in a few days. I really
want to know how I can keep up the sales on my store and grow.
Thanks

They went well, I am planning to ship them this afternoon.

Good start, well done.
Now start stocking up, I recommend via new set part-outs. Do your research, all
the tools are here to parse the better investment in sets for part-out, both
short and longterm returns. As a fledgling store with little experience and capital,
it's the short-term or quick turnaround I assume.
You've been given some good advise from others, run with it!
Good luck

Congratulations on achieving your first two sales!
The answer to your question, is also the key to success in every endeavor of
life: Start working very hard.
What I mean is that you will become very busy sourcing parts and minifigs, and
adding them to your inventory. As your store grows in size, your orders will
grow in number. As your sales increase you will become busier working to fill
orders, and keep your inventory organized. It will be serious work. That is what
it takes to keep up sales and grow.
You currently have a very small store. I don't think there is anything wrong
with starting small and growing gradually, but if you want sales, the main advice
is to start working now to expand your inventory. I started with a large used
bulk lot, and then purchased 5 sets to part out new. But that start was about
4,000 parts. Do you have any discretionary funds to invest? Buy some sets to
part out.

Thank you for responding and helping me out.
I have maybe 100$ to spend
I might head to Walmart to look for some sales/discounts
Any suggestions on which themes of sets to part out?

You can check the part out value of sets at https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp
That value should be at least 2.5 or 3 times more than the price you'd buy
the set at.

I try to look for sets with a low price per piece and sets with a lot of minifigures
for the price. But some sets with a low per piece price (e.g., the Classic boxes)
don't contain parts that sell particularly well, so you have to use some
discretion.

Congrats!
Starting with used parts is a great way to stretch your money. A lot of times,
you can find people selling large used lots of lego parts and minifigures for
a fair price. Adding used parts is a lot more work, but can give you a better
return, and adds variety to your inventory.
