MISB set includes 3 pieces of part 3741 instead of 2 (although shown on box side), I can prove it via photo if necessary.

Did you just get one of each of these?

If so suspect the third stem you have should be classed as an extra

Yes, you are right! Only one set of yellow and one set of white flowers, so the
3rd green stem seems to be an extra part.
