| For lego sets that I'm selling, is there anyway to connect the minifigs to
the set? What I'm look for is a way to list a set as sealed while also listing
the minfigs, so that someone could either buy the set whole or someone could
purchase the minfigs in which case I'll open the box and sell them.
Is this possible? Or do I have to choose whether to list either the whole set
or the minfigs it comes with?

You have to choose which one to list.
What would happen if two different buyers buy the set and the minifigs simultaneously?

You can't sell something you haven't got
I understand what you are saying, but in theory you have 2 lots of mininfigs
(one in the box and 1 separate)
What happens if someone buys the set and the same time someone buys the minifigs

Depending if you're planning on selling individual pieces or not (it's
a lot of work/organization to sell pieces), what you can do and is common for
certain stores that focus on figs, is to split one of their their sealed sets
into figs + an incomplete but new set without the figs/accessories (or whatever
else you've taken from the set). You still have no way to link minifigures
to a set in the way that you want, but this way you can ensure you don't
oversell items.
Like right now I see you have 3x the Imperial Dropship. So you could set that
to 2 for example, and then make a new incomplete listing for the set under new
saying "Brand new but incomplete(and not sealed) as the figures were removed
the set", and then create listings for those 5 figures. And on your end you can
still keep the set sealed until one of those items sells. If none of them sell
and you wish to sell it as sealed down the road, just reverse what you did and
remove the figure/incomplete listings and add another sealed listing.
