I own 6 of these sets, 3 have item no. 2350a and 3 have item number 2350b. Also the yellow part 2350b is currently associated with any sets on Bricklink.

Can you please upload few photos of the two parts for comparison?
One from the top parts and one from bottom parts, so that we can see all their
differences.

Sure, here are some photos of the two parts next to each other. As you can see
they are similar but 2350b has the ridges at the side and notches underneath.
