As a seller I sometimes have people wanting to remove an item because it's
size causes the shipping to increase drastically. Here in Canada an item over
2 cm thick changes the postage costs from just over $2 CAD to at least $15 CAD.

If the buyer initiates the order item removal then I have the option to return
the item to my inventory. If the seller initiates the order item removal then
this is not an option because it requires the buyer to confirm it first. Would
it be possible to add it as an option that once the buyer approves the removal
that the item will get returned to inventory if they seller wishes?

I find it much easier to do the item removal myself as I am more familiar with
the site, but would prefer my piece to get automatically added back to my inventory.

Currently, I am sending instructions to the buyers on how to proceed.

Usually when a seller initiates the OCR it's because the part isn't available.
