These rails were included in the later releases of this set. I'm going to add some pictures of a new set coming with them.

With the release of the 2 special connectors interference-free 2731b and 2731a,
there was no need anymore of the cable connection holes on the electric rails,
both curved and straight, so TLG began to produce rails without the cable connection
holes.
Here are the pictures of a MIB set (box opened but content still sealed in the
bags).
