Source: Set from my personal collection that was bought new and not mixed with other parts.
For future reference: My set with code 21S7 has the following variant:

I think it is obvious that the trans-clear bar is a mistake. It is not included in any other set and I don't see any reason why it should it have been included here.
The 1x1 flower plates in my set are slightly darker than other dark pink parts (however I would still call them dark pink), maybe this is the reason why someone added them in light purple as an alternate. I don't have any parts in light purple for comparison at the moment, but since this part does not appear in any other set in light purple and there isn't even an image in the catalog, I doubt it exists in that color.

The color code for Tan in the database is 2, and the color code for Trans-Clear
is 12. I think this was a data entry mistake when the inventory was created because
an alternate for it was added almost immediately (three days after approval of
the inventory). I have no idea why an alternate was accepted in the first place
instead of just correcting the inventory.

the 4L trans-clear bar appears in the original instructions, put it back

If you type in the Element ID printed under that image in the instructions (4508646),
you would find out that it is the Element ID for the 4L bar in color Tan. Therefore,
someone at LEGO assigned to creating the instructions for the set made a boo-boo.
It happens more often than you would think.

| I was just going over my wanted list and noticed that the 4L Bar in Trans-clear
isn't in a set anymore. Of course I can still get one for the low, low price
of $100. But it seems a shame that Lego has overlooked such an obvious color
for the piece. If they made it NOW, it would be the hazy plastic...
