I just parted out three of these sets and got 69 of these (23 in each set = 1 extra). On the other side, I only got 258 ordinary black pins (86 in each set = 1 extra). Could one black pin has been miscounted in the original set so there is actually only one extra of each of these two parts?

I just parted out three of these sets and got 69 of these (23 in each set = 1 extra). On the other side, I only got 258 ordinary black pins (86 in each set = 1 extra). Could one black pin has been miscounted in the original set so there is actually only one extra of each of these two parts?

I would definitely expect there to be more than one extra black Technic pin in
a set that contains 85 of them.

I would definitely expect there to be more than one extra black Technic pin in
a set that contains 85 of them.
