My pics do not show where the extra black 2412b was. I can only see one in the bag where it should be, but there are places the other could hide. I looked over the bags before opening them, but a second 2412b would not have alarmed me. I have looked through the pretty simple instructions and not found anywhere to put the extra.
There are 4 mini models in this set and 2 of them use light gray 4274. ! uses 4 and the other uses 1. I got 8 in the set. My pictures do not show all 8.
I got less of several of the other extras. *shrugs. The inventory is 3 over part count unless they are counting the heads and torsos (connected in the set) as 1 part. I verified at least one set that did that because the parts list was printed on the box.
I have a lot of pics of opening the set, but they do not substantiate any of these changes, so since it is just extras I am just going to leave them off.

I meant to point out that I check the instructions for all the pieces that usually
have extras and the counts in the main section are correct.

They used to ship heads and torsos assembled. Back then they would be counted
as one parts, so that means that the part count is correct.
