because I have not accepted the policies and tells me to log in and accept them.
Did it just happen to me?
In 2019 when the message came out I had accepted everything.

Is it possible that you have another old BL account?
Maybe check the mail address to which it was sent and if that matches the one
you use now.
As far as I remember there was no ignoring the popup last year. After logging
in it was right in your face and without accepting it you couldn't go further.

Good question. My account is three years more recent than yours, but the experience
is still not very applicable to what happens today. It would be nice to think
that the process did not put too many obstacles in front of potential buyers.

The changes in the Terms are somewhat technical and minor, but we are starting
to collect sales tax in two US states, among other things. Frankly, we don't
know how disruptive this will be, but our goal is to make the transition as smooth
as possible.
