Does anyone have a method to track the orders/elements purchased for a Want List.
The goal is to track the elements I still need to purchase for each Want List
MOC, for Orders received what element goes with each Want List MOC and I would
like to track how much each parts costs so I can get a blended amount an MOC
costs. If someone has a spreadsheet approach or a programmatic approach (Python,
etc) or even a manual process any would be appreciated.

Thanks.

You could use remarks field on orders to include words that could be searched
for. For instance, on International Orders, I include the word 'Tracking',
so I can filter all my orders and see just those orders with that word. Then
I know which orders I need to keep track of. You could use a similar word, like
the project name, or simply the word 'Wanted'. If the order is for more
than one project, you could add Wanted and project name(s) and search by one
or the other.

Thanks for the suggestion. That would work at the Order level and if I had one
or two Want Lists I was working with. I have 6+ that I am trying to piece together
with 50+ unique pieces each. I was hoping someone had a method to screen scrap
an order and put in Excel and marry the order to each of the Want Lists I have.
I am slowly building one but I am not very efficient with Excel.

This software can “apply” multiple orders to multiple WLs:

But it doesn’t track the prices (AKAIK).  But you might ask the author….
