I may have missed the official comm on this, but it seems like the restriction
on SOA's changed sometime in the recent past. I see some discussions where
CAs don't seem to have issue with them.

I only ask because I have a pile I've collected for a while - some may already
be submitted, some not - was going to work through them, but don't want to
put the effort in if they are discouraged:

Yes, we have relaxed the restrictions on these. Just be aware that it could
take much longer to approve stickered assemblies than it would for other parts.

No worries - I'll get around to putting them in when I get some time, thanks!

And indeed - some of the ones I've been sitting on for forever already got
added just recently.
