| I had a buyer leave a negative feedback due to them purchasing a 20 cent instructions(tick
sheet) for a CMF. They left a negative feedback because they thought hey were
ordering the complete minifig set new. They never contacted me prior to leaving
the feedback. Do I have any recourse to getting it removed? I offered to refund
the buyer after the feedback was left. Again, I did not know they had any issues
until they left the feedback.

It seems with the advent of Covid, bricklink has seen a ton of new users and
they are quick to jump the gun when it comes to other than positive feedback
or really know the ramifications of BL's lousy feedback system to begin with.
I have blocked this buyer as well.

It's been removed. It's understood that you're regretful at this
point. There's really no need to show further contrition.
A better, more complete understanding of the BL feedback system, would be your
next step.

To say it nicely, I do not like these sort of buyers.
They just click on what they think is what they need without really checking
what they are really buying.
And the only thing they can do is blame the other person.
This buyer also does not understand Covid19 is causing delays in shipments.

I just got my first neutral over this. People think everything is amazon prime
now.
OP, sadly this happens on ebay too. I literally write "READ DESCRIPTION" in many
of my titles now.
I get people ordering a ten dollar shipped instruction book for a $150 set and
thinking there are getting the set...

I got a neutral feedback about a month ago ( I know it's not quite the same)
but similar issue - no warning or complaint from the buyer until they left
the feedback - apparently it's my fault the package arrived smelling like
cigars - we are a non smoking home so hard to figure.
I simply responded to the feedback, sent the buyer a message to try to help -
got no response and moved on.
It is very painful but other than blocking them and responding to the feedback,
there is not much you can do - buyer is a newbie with a FB score of 11. And a
negative type of person . So sorry this happened to you .

| Don't worry about it. We received a rating because I did not report to the
customer on Saturday as promised and he then gave a negative rating on Sunday.
Such people are unfortunately often on the road here and break a lot.
it would be nice if bricklink introduces a rating system like ebay with stars.

CMF then complain that it is missing the parts that aren't pictured in the
photo.

I can top that. I'm currently struggling with a buyer who thinks that the
Star Wars figures he ordered should have come with accessories, nevermind the
fact that he can't seem to tell me which specific accessories he thinks I
should have included. I tried to be nice and point him to inventory, the inventory
policies and even the forum, but he wouldn't budge. It's amazing how
stubborn some folks can be in the face of overwhelming evidence.
He left my first neg and then filed a PayPal claim. I though BL was bad, but
apparently you have to wait 20 days before PP will even start mediating the claim--ridiculous!

I had a similar one at Christmas a year back... bought 24th, invoiced 27th, recieved
Jan 2.... apparently that makes me unresponsive and slow...
BTW, your buyer has been blocked by me (among many others I would expect) and
I suggested he should consider leaving more appropriate feedback in the future

The buyer has removed the negative or neutral feedbacks he left for others. I
remove the buyer from my stoplist. Maybe other sellers can do the same?
Tip: His Id start with "lu" if you cannot find him/her in your stoplist

The buyer has removed the negative or neutral feedbacks he left for others. I
remove the buyer from my stoplist. Maybe other sellers can do the same?
Tip: His Id start with "lu" if you cannot find him/her in your stoplist

I am sorry but now you got to be known as not being a really friendly person
you leave with the tail between your legs?
Do not get me wrong, I am glad you changed them, these sellers did not deserve
them. These feedbacks were given for the wrong reason but you shouldn’t have
given them at the first place. Now the ground get’s too hot below your feet and
you are going to feel it you change the feedback so it won’t hurt YOU!
You can’t make me believe you did it for the sellers.
Feeling bad for some reason doesn’t make it right to let someone else you do
not know feel the same.
I almost thought I could change your name as an anagram in ‘ludicrous’ but I
just came short.
