The 1989 version of this set definitely had sticker sheets for the flags. The printed flags were added in later runs. I still have a copy of the flag sheet and the stickered flags in the box from this set purchased in early 1990. The sticker sheet is the same listed for the Eldorado Fortress. 2 imperial flags. 1 large, 1 2x2 and a 2x2 pirate set.

Part number on the bottom of sticker sheet is 820785. I also recommend the name
of this sticker sheet is changed as it is not exclusive to the set 6276 like
the name suggests.
