Unfortunately it is not clear if the parts used to build the set for that review
are original. They are definitly not new (at least the technic axle has clearly
visible signs of usage) and the user "TOOL" mentioned somewhere in another review
thread that he sometimes uses two copies of a set for the reviews (a new one
to show the sealed bags and a used one to show the parts and the completed model).
Therefore in this case I would not consider the photos as a reliable source.

I don't see any parts in that review that look particularly used. The Technic
axle has visible plastic flow lines in it, but I don't see any wear on it.

I have never seen anything like that on a new axle, but you may be right and
then everything is fine.

(Nevertheless I suggest to be careful with pics from that source. Here we can
see the wrong variant
