Hello all, I’m new to brick link and I know I’ve made a stupid mistake but I
have no idea what to do. I just placed an order here for a Captain Marvel Polybag
and placed the order without giving any PayPal information. In a panic, I made
an order cancellation request for the order. When I view the order information,
it says I did not use the onsite payment and recommends I pay offsite before
changing the payment status. I have no idea what that means and no idea what
to do. Help please.

Send a message to the seller explaining what happened and that you do want to
follow thru with the order. They should send an invoice with info on how to pay
and all is good. I'm sure someone else can tell you how to unwind the OCR,
i'm not exactly sure about that.

If the seller hasn't yet accepted the OCR, a buyer can retract the OCR on
the same place the OCR was initiated: https://www.bricklink.com/retract.asp (or
go to Problem Center and at the top enter the order ID).

In the section with "My Next Available Options At This Time:" there should also
be an option to cancel / retract the OCR.

Make sure you leave a note in the comment box to explain the situation.
