Hi,

i got an order and the buyer used instant checkout and paid with paypal. Now
i needed to change the value of shipping costs but there is no way?

I already talked with the buyer.

It seems that you managed to change it 😂

Anyways, for future reference, I think the solution is to change the status to
pending, then change shipping and then change the status back to original state.

Are the shipping costs higher or lower than charged?
When lower you can send a partial refund for the overpaid amount.
When higher you can refund the payment, change the payment status to refunded
or none and re-invoice.

but from where paypal know that i send a part of the money back?
