The seller claims the set is new. One bag is still sealed.
I am not sure if the other parts were put in a bag. It is known the Samsonite
of Canada did not use plastic bags, but maybe one bag and the remaining parts
were loose in the box.
The clips in all used copies I have checked in this set have thick rings.
