Hello,

Had an order placed in my store, pulled and shipped order within 48 hours.
Marked the tracking number in the order details page. Customer submitted a NSS,
it appears the package was actually delivered later in the afternoon that he
submitted a NSS. I ahve contacked him 4 times with no response...how do I get
this NSS removed, he clearly has received that package. Let me know if i can
provide more deatils
