According to the box it seems 47394pb004 (see image), instead of 47394pb012. Perhaps could/should be listed as an alternate minifig.

The user who originally submitted
to the catalog is the one who inventoried the set.
Also, it is obvious from this set and others that multiple versions of the figures
were included. Therefore, unless you have more solid proof than the box that
was definitely included at some point, this request will not be accepted.
I will leave this request open for a little while longer to see if you or anyone
else comes forward with any information to support this request.
