* Add 1 Part 4093c Black Train Base 6 x 28 with 6 Round Holes Each End (Alternate) (match ID 1)
* Change 1 Part Black 4093b Train Base 6 x 28 with 10 Round Holes Each End {match ID 0 to 1}

Comments from Submitter:
The train baseplate 4093c (6 round holes) was included in the later releases of this Service Pack in place of the baseplate 4093b (10 round holes). I'm going to add a photo of a MISB bag that can confirm this fact.
