I have been a buyer on this site for a few years now and have just recently started
selling. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set up the onsite payment
option... I have our PayPal account linked, everything is good there however,
a few buyers will not pay because they don’t see the blue “pay” button next to
their order. Can someone please help me out here?

You'll need to add PayPal Onsite as payment method too.

So sorry to keep bothering you but can you please tell me how to do that? I
have verified that PayPal was activated as our only accepted payment by going
into my settings, then payments. After that, there is something about micropayments,
stripe, and offsite payments (which is also selected). This was already set
up, what else do I need to do?

I see that you have both Paypal and Paypal Onsite as payment. The pay button
will only show for buyers who select Paypal Onsite as payment method. Buyers
who don't see the button probably did not selecte Paypal Onsite as their
payment method.

Thank you very very much, makes total sense. I cannot see my own blue button
so didn’t know if I had it right . Appreciate you taking the time to help!
