If you are the seller you can start the NPB process after one week.

I am the seller and i know that. It doesn’t work anyway, even after 12 or 13
days???

If it's an instant checkout order you'll have to mark the payment status
as none and the order status from to any status before paid.

In the display settings you can select 'separate payment status from the
order status'.
