I seem to have acquired quite a number of new Lego sets over the last couple
of years and thought a good way to sell them on would be to book at stall at
the UK Milton Keynes Brick Festival which is been held near the beginning of
November (about a month away from now).

I want to know what sort of price I should be pitching the sets at. Should it
be RRP, Bricklink prices, eBay etc? Has anyone hosted a stall at a similar event
and if so how do you decide what price to put on the new sets?

As example of some of the sets I've got are: 70352, 70317, 70359, 76054,
75148, 75170, loads of BrickHeadsz, loads of Elves, City (some discontinued e.g.
60084).

Not sure whether to put them on at RRP, a bit below, a bit above because it's
a live event? Any advice appreciated!

Also any other advice on hosting a stall as this is my first time. Should I bring
sandwiches???

Thanks
Richard

My advice would be go to the or a similar fair first as a viewer and see what
others with similar stock to yours do. From what I have seen, you can price pretty
much however you like, and sellers vary quite significantly in price and still
get sales.

I think it helps to have themed stock - that is, a decent range of sets from
a few themes, rather than loads of random sets from many themes, as otherwise
you end up looking like you have just cleared the discounted stock from a supermarket.

You can change prices during the day too, if you use coloured stickers to indicate
prices. That way you can change prices quickly without needing to do it on individual
boxes.

If you like sandwiches.
