This minifig is listed as having Pearl Dark Gray Arms, but as you can see in the pictures that they are Flat Silver. do not change the quantity it would not let me enter just one

It wasn't the minifig that needed changed. It was the torso assembly. I
made the necessary requests. Good catch.

OP is correct - I just checked mine in-hand, and the arms are indeed Flat Silver.
