This is my first time using the site, I have a number of carts ready to go but
every time I try to proceed I just get to the "1. Store Terms and Conditions"
section and get the Order Summary logo cycling round and round. This happens
on every one of the stores I've tried.

Tried different browsers on different machines, still no different.

What is going on? As a new user this is a pretty terrible experience. Should
I look elsewhere?

Hi,

After a wave of fraudulent buyers, a lot of sellers do not allow zero-feedback
Bricklinkers. I can't remember which shop I placed my first order from, but
keep looking and you'll be sure to find a store that allows new buyers.

You can also contact the sellers and see if they'd be willing to accept your
order and give feedback right away so you can then place your other orders. If
you don't mind ordering out of country, order from Axaday or Popsicle and
they'll help you out.

I'm pretty sure you can't block 0 feedback buyers. You can block negative
buyers and force new buyers to use instant checkout instead of the invoice, but
I don't think there's a way to actually block a 0 buyer.

Thanks, Caleb. I'm always glad to help in anyway that I can

Alas matey! Methinks this be a site issue. I vaguely remember a workaround, but
then again, that was some time ago and I would imagine the bug fixed by now
