Can anyone advice me what to do with an order which was fine. The only remark
I have made was the condition of two expensive bricks which were in 'nice
condition' according to the seller. But both have a teethmark on them. Which
I do not mind (I like bricks on which you can see there is played with), but
is not according the discription. I have send 3 messages about this, trying to
have a discussion about this. But in the past months I did not get any reply.
What to do with my feedback, because the seller has only positive feedback on
his store. Leave it like this or put a neutral feedback, because of no after
sales service? Please advice me! Thanks

Maybe write them one more time that if you don't get a response you will
conclude the order is completed without 100% satisfaction so you will be leaving
neutral soon. That gives them a fair chance to prevent that from happening and
get in touch. If they don't after that, then you shouldn't have any second
thoughts or mixed feelings about leaving that neutral. It's worth recording
that in feedback, so future buyers know that sort of thing happens.

Besides, even after you left that feedback you can always retract it if they
do end up wanting to make it right. If you feel like it, at least. They could
be on holidays.

There might be several causes:
- simply not seeing your messages; how did you message? Order related messages
may be filed automatically together with the completed order and thus not seen;
paypal e-mail addresses may not be monitored;
- the seller not wanting to spend time on you as his one time, critical customer
with the risk of getting a well deserved negative for lack of communication;
- I would mention holidays as another cause, but you mention 'months',
so that won't be it.

Just make sure that you know the message has been seen before judging.
Yours is indeed a discussion someone might not want to start, so be gentle.

It has indeed been months and the store is active, looking at the feedback. The
first message has been read, the two messages after that has not been read. Maybe
by email, but I do not know. So I will send a last message. Thanks!
