Hey guys I've had for store closed for a few years. It had a decent sized
inventory and I still have it all physically seperate from my own collection.
I re-opened it recently and my whole inventory is gone! Has anyone else had this
happen? I can't manually add every single part back in! Please tell me there's
a way to recover. I already sent in a help ticket but have no response yet.

I believe there used to be some policy that removed shop's inventories when
the account hadn't seen any activity in a year, but I can't find a help
file to support this.

You already contacted help desk -that would pretty much be your only hope.

Did you login regularly during this period of absence? If not, then you are
probably out of luck.

Exactly. I closed my store for 4 years, they always sent the email when my time
was up. Don't have to buy or sell, you just have to log in. Re-opened the
beginning of this year and my inventory was exactly as I left it. Still had
to start from scratch, since that inventory is currently 800 miles away, but
that's OK. Just switched it to stockroom status and it's there waiting
for me.
