There's two stickers for this on the sheet but I could only see one applied in the instructions on the last sheet so I wasn't sure if I should submit for 1 or 2 counterparts

Older sets often had some extra stickers on their sticker sheets. Only one telephone
is used in the instructions and the other two pieces 3040a are used in the fireplace.
So it's not like in some other sets where we can assume that stickers are
applied that are not visible in the instructions. So in this case only one piece
of 3040apb03 should be included as counterpart.
