What shall we do with extra items?

I'd say delete them because they are only for the two colors that have an
odd number in the regular inventory. So they are clearly the parts from the sprue
that are not used. I would expect extras in all colors if they were based on
a later set that did not have the sprues. And also some other parts that normally
have extras included like the lever.
According to our policy extra items are not necessarily included all the time,
so they can be added as extras if it is confirmed that they are included in sets
that don't have the sprues.
