* Change 1 Minifig 4555pb221 Duplo Figure, Female, Blue Legs, Red Top, Brown Hair, No Eyelashes, Plain Smile {match ID 0 to 1}

From my nephew's collection. 100% certainty here. The change log shows that this was the former entry but was deleted in 2017. Guess both versions exist then.
