It is very similar to part #64179

Part No: 64179 Name: Technic, Liftarm, Modified Frame Thick 5 x 7 Open Center
*
64179 Technic, Liftarm, Modified Frame Thick 5 x 7 Open Center
Parts: Technic, Liftarm
but it appears to be larger. Judging
by the photo it looks to be 7 X 11 (best guess). If it's in the catalog it
isn't under Technic Liftarm. Where did the photo come from? Is it truly LEGO
red or is it a hot pink?

From Kennewickman1, I called LEGO and they informed me that this part is a part
from the new LEGO SPIKE Prime robot system and the part will not be available
until the 1st of June Thank you for your help.

Bummer that they aren't available for another month but, not as bad as not
coming out until Christmas! Curiosity got the better of me so, I googled "LEGO
SPIKE Prime robot". Interesting looking set. From the images I saw it looks like
that part will be magenta/hot pink in color. Not sure what bricklink color it
falls under. Looks like it's going to have some unique wheels and a new power
pack as well. Are the 2x4 bricks with the 3 axle holes new also?

A few more photos. The "Dancing" Robot appears to have a new part for the shoulder
area.

Thanks! I first saw this in Houston two weeks ago at the FIRST FLL Robotics World
Festival Championship - I am in no way pushing the sale of these items. I have
coached FLL robotics for @18 years and have seen many iterations of LEGO robots
and technic parts. From what I understand, the combo 2 x 4 brick with the middle
technic X axle holes in these colors are new too and won't be for sale until
later this summer - I picked up a few as part of promotional building kits -
the product designer was kind enough to sign the sealed bags for us too. Kinda
something to hold on to for a while. Currently offered as part #39789. Our team
purchases LEGO parts and items from all over the world using team funds they
raise on their own. If you like, Google their team name below and you will find
out more about their amazing efforts towards giving back to the world - especially
girls like themselves in third-world countries.

Thanks again,

I googled the team name as you suggested. First on the list was a article on the North Albany Middle School page. Sounds like a fantastic group of young ladies! I hope their success continues in all facets of life!
