Sealed set based on which I made this inventory had "b" variant. That is why I'm adding it as regular.

Probably "a" variant is earlier one but is hard to be sure as I bought this set on the first day of release and alredy had "b" variant. So since first day of release this set can has "a" or "b" stormtrooper.
