What is your source for this request?

These wheel/tire assemblies were just changed in December 2018 from a review
of a sealed set that shows that these wheel/tire assemblies were preassembled:

We also had a very reliable source confirm this in January with a sealed set.
So, the wheel/tire assemblies in your request *did* come preassembled in at least
some sets. If you are using a sealed set to make this request, then I would have
to add these separate wheels and tires as alternates to the assemblies instead
of removing the assemblies from the main inventory. If you are not using a sealed
set to make this request, then the inventory will stay as is.

I bought a couple of this set and mine had assembled wheels. Freestorm actually
