Just build the model. In the original instructions you can see that it must be 4265b
I found images of a few sealed sets still in the bags. In the images, the Technic
1/2 bushes are clearly the Type II in all of them (see example image).
Since the sealed set contents as well as the instructions and box art show the
Type II bushes, I find it highly likely that the Type II was always included
in this set.
