As there are two plates on each sprue, the numbers should be halved.

Yes Sylvain is right.
As I saw proof in this already worked out change request
and we already discussed it there I will approve them (mostly) and correct quantity
manually

You forget to add yellow ones they are clearly visible on photos you provided.
