Question 1: what evidence should or can be provided proving that 4081a thin clip did never come with this set?
Question 2: is photo needed for this inv. change request?

I'm repeating myself today

These change requests when approved will be preserved forever (they are not purged
now from forum) so this will be usefull information for future people why it
was changed, added etc.

I believe you can imagine that I already know this and I also understand this
is important.
But these wheels came always assembled, didn't they?
There are inventory changes submitted without any image, like this

I don't know anything about this one it is from 11th of the March 2018. I
became inv admin on 16th of March 2018

There are exceptions of course when no comment or photo to ivn change request
need to be added like
- stickered counterparts
- when parts variant are split and some variants are totally certain to occur
in certain period. More reading here https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1103817
When we come to transition period of mold variants then everything must be proofed.
This is the case from above link. Other variants of 3794 appear much later (3794b
was not before 2000, 2004 is the year when first appear according to our database)
so here it could be done automatically (I explained it in above link).
That was the case also with recently splitted parts also like right/left flag
part.

But remember that all inventory change requests are treaded always individally,
we always ask when we need more proofs or information.

Check all copies of this set ever produced

Check change log all informations are there:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogInvChangeItem.asp?itemType=S&itemNo=6381-1&viewDate=Y&viewStatus=1
request change when "b" variant was added
https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=224581
and the reason for it
https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=222873

You can see now why we want photos, proofs, descriptions why it should be changed
etc. for all change requests, to deal with such sitiations, now you will know
why this variant was added to the set. Without any explanation we would now wonder
why.

I have checked so far one NIB copy and about 50 used ones. How many copies of
this set was released in total?! I should check all the others then.

Check change log all informations are there:

Again, as you have seen how many inventories I have submitted, and that I almost
always attached photos, you could imagine I know this and I agree how useful
this is. For example, see our works for train 7745-1 (collaboration of me, lego.12vtrains,
and others):
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogInvChangeItem.asp?itemType=S&itemNo=7745-1&viewDate=Y&viewStatus=1

https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=244803

https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=237288

https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=236693

https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=235359

https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=235359

When we want to add one part, we submit or try to submit photos. This was
NOT my question. How can I prove one part NEVER came with a set? like the case
for this set. I find it very unlikely that white thin clips appeared in any copy
of this set. But I don't know how to prove it.
