Forgot about the other part in my latest change request (I'm still learning how to use this form).
This has been the part count in my polybag. (Germany)

Yes

I almost can see three bricks 1x2 and one plate 1x2 on photos of this polybag
. But also official LEGO invetory shows 3 bricks 1x2 and only one plate 1x2.
But if you have this set I would like to see instruction scan for make sure.
Can you scan it and add it here for future reference. Should be in it instruction,
according to this database https://brickset.com/sets/7176-1/Watermelon there
was but no longer listed on LEGO.com. In our database also picture of instruction
is missing.

I just went through my old sets and there was just this final built model (next
to the grapes and the banana). I can relate to your request, but I think I no
longer have the according instructions. Sorry.
Maybe I stumble upon it in another box someday.

Kind regads,
