| Hi I've been trying to inventory set 41068 a frozen disney princess lego
set. However, there are several parts that seem to belong to the set that have
stickers I could only find as custom parts not regular parts. But is that correct?
If so how do you select those items to put in your inventory?

Those parts are called stickered counterparts. You can find some of them for
this set in the inventory. The others have not yet been added to the catalog.
To add them to your store inventory as official parts you would need to first
add them to the BrickLink catalog. Otherwise, you may sell them as custom items.

I don't believe so, but you can check the list of items pending approval
here:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPend.asp
There are hundreds (if not thousands) of stickered counterparts which have not
been added to the catalog.
